I’m Jacopo Gallucci, an Italian-German entrepreneur and business consultant, born and raised on the East Coast of Lake Garda. I currently split my time between Milan and Verona.
My career has taken me from the corporate world to the fast-paced startup environment. Today, I support companies through business consulting, focusing on operations, innovation, and growth strategies. Leveraging my experience, I help professionals, startups, and SMEs achieve their business goals effectively and sustainably.

I am the co-founder of RELLAI, a construction tech startup that helps contractors and architects manage their projects efficiently with smart digitals tools and safe payments solutions.

I’m also the founder of INGENIUM, my business consulting practice.
